Mutual Self-Help Housing -  The Arlington Community Development Corporation is sponsoring a Mutual Self-Help Housing Program that provides eligible participants with the opportunity to build themselves new homes by contributing part of the labor necessary for the job in exchange for "sweat equity" in the property. Click here for more information

Approximately 40 acres of property zoned for industrial use are available for commercial construction. Lots are platted and can be combined if a larger building footprint is required. Access to State Highway 81 provides excellent shipping and receiving capability.
